PRINCIPAL ADVISOR/SCHOOL MANAGEMENT ADVISOR
School Management Advisors provide day-to-day management advice/training to School Leaders and Leadership Teams in new Qatari Independent Schools. School Management Advisors must be able to build positive relationships with local school founders and their staff, with sensitivity to the unique requirements of Islamic/Qatari customs and culture.
School Management Advisors responsibilities include but not limited to providing guidance/assistance in developing effective policies and procedures, planning curriculum, assessing student and school needs, hiring and training staff, and other work leading up to the opening of the school and its ongoing successful operation.
The ideal candidate is one who has extensive school leadership experience as a principal and extensive teaching experience. Candidates must have excellent communications skills and must be able to serve as an effective role model for new and experienced school leaders and teachers. School Management Advisors are expected to be proficient in all aspects of school operations and administration. They should be familiar with school start-up activities, such as ordering textbooks, instructional materials and furniture for a new school.
MASTER TEACHER/ADVISORY TEACHERS
There are three specific Advisory Teacher positions to support English language instruction, Mathematics and Science. Candidates should have a degree and experience in the specific subject area. The Advisory Teachers must demonstrate mastery of all areas of content responsibility.
- Work as a member of Mosaica Education team.
- Work in cooperation with School Management Advisors and Head of School to provide support for the school in the area of curriculum, and instruction in the specific subject.
- Guide teachers in curriculum planning, pacing and organization including the development of lessons and assessments that are aligned with the Qatari National Standards.
- Assist teachers with the integration of technology into the curriculum, teaching in the subject area and differentiating instruction to meet the individual needs of students.
- Work with teachers in the classrooms to demonstrate and model effective teaching strategies.
- Must value working as a member of a team and assist in creating and maintaining an environment which promotes teamwork
- Contribute to the overall development of teachers as informed, responsible and accountable educators and as leaders in their classrooms.
Master Teacher/Mathematics Advisory Teacher
Provide teachers with exemplary ongoing professional development in math instruction; accept responsibility for the successful implementation of the school’s math program by translating the vision of standards into daily teaching practice. As a member of a School Support Team, assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive professional development program for teachers, which provides them with the most current knowledge of effective practice and pedagogy, including the integration of curriculum across subjects.
Candidates must have a degree in Mathematics, valid teacher certificate, demonstrated competence as a math teacher and as a teacher trainer desired.
Master Teacher/Science Advisory Teachers
Provide teachers with exemplary ongoing professional development in science instruction; accept responsibility for the successful implementation of the school’s science program by translating the vision of standards into daily teaching practice. As a member of a School Support Team, assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive professional development program for teachers which provides them with the most current knowledge of effective practice and pedagogy, including the integration of curriculum across subjects.
Candidates must have a degree in Science, valid teacher certificate, demonstrated competence as a science teacher and as a teacher trainer must demonstrate mastery of all areas of content responsibility.

Candidates must have a degree in English, valid EFL, ESOL, or ESL certificate, demonstrated competence as an EFL, ESOL, or ESL teacher and as a teacher trainer, must demonstrate mastery of all areas of content responsibility.
